Nickel silver alloy provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference due to its good electrical conductivity and high magnetic permeability to make PCB Shield Can
We offer two types of Nickel silver alloy for Shield can:
Nickel Silver C7701
C7701 is the most commonly used material for foldable EMI shielding cans, its excellent ductility, mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance. It is especially suitable for designs requiring multiple processes such as stamping, folding, and soldering
Nickel Silver C7521
C7521 nickel silver offers excellent deep-drawability and ductility, making it highly suitable for deep-drawn shielding can structures. This allows for the creation of seamless, robust enclosures with improved EMI shielding performance and reduced signal leakage from joints.
